Hey....To day i want to explain my activity in kitchen to day.
And then, I joint with my group, first we doing a beef stew the first we prepare carrot,celery,brown stock,tomato paste and brown roax for thickening. After that the beef put in sous vide machnie in 2 hours. Mainwhile, we are prepare zuccini saute provencale because to day zucchini stock is up
So we replace with carrot,turnip,and cucumber.
Following ingredient and procedure zucchini saute provencale
- zucchini 2,7 kg
- olive oil 175 ml
- shallot or onion (minced) 175 gr
- garlic clove 4-6 pcs
- chopped parsley to taste
- salt to taste
- white pepper
- wash and trim the zucchini. cut the crosswise into thin slices
- heat the oil two or three saute pans (or saute several batces-do not overload the pans) add the shallot or onion and the garlic. saute until browned.
- add the zucchini and saute until slightly browned but still somewhat crisp
- add the parsley and toss to mix. season to taste.
Mainwhile the other group prepare their product. this is the picture i take from appetaizer group didn't felt time running fast didnt felt ashar pryer times arrived. After that we are doing general clening and before that we fill our energy with eating. And our lecture give instruc to our group for make pastry cream after that we doing general cleaning before we go to home.
