Hay guys to day is my first day to practical this week.and to day i'm going to campus with my friend, Dina. after we are arrived in campus we joint with our friend in kitchen for check our tools and practical uniform.a few moment's later senior which is in charge to day give us instruct for make oneline and attendance us one by one before we join in main kitchen
When we are oneline in main kitchen supervisor tell us for for waiting for the lecture before doing. while we are waiting. supervisor do a review, but i'm feel the body is not healthy. so i take permission for a rest for a moment. after i'm felling better, I joint with my group for divide a task. so to day we got appetizer menu from celebes Is it called jalang kote
to day we prepared saus of jalang kote, so i going to walk in chiller for take a spices for make a saus. after that the spices cleaned up then pasted into the chiller for tomorrow's day. while the other make dough and filling of jalang kote. after the dough is done, the filling not yet ready so we waiting for a moment. not long after that the filling is reading to use .after the jalang kote has been shaped like jalang kote and then we just fried that half cooked and then saved for to day.
after the prepare is done we are doing general cleaning and we are finished for that at the afternoon. before go home but to day it's so hard for me because at the afternoon almost a sunset I'm fever :(
