to day i want to tell you my activity in kitchen to day
I'm arrive in front of kitchen at 07.34 am. me and my friends preapering and check compled our grooming in front off kitchen. because to day it's rainy again our supervisor give instruction to enter in pastry. we online on pastry and our lecture join and give a little information. and then, he give us instruction for to shapes our duogh it's our made yesterday.
And then we with our group make shapes of puff pastry. we shape the dough before go to place of pray for prayer. that time we wont to go to place of pray the dough is reading for bake. so that, there is my friensd keep the dough in baking procces. finally after we are prayer the dough done to baking. but this time i'm and my group little sadly because my product is failed.
so that my group and 2 group other replay again to make dough of puff pastry.

Ingredients and procedure:
- hard flour 1 kg
- butter 800 gr
- salt 15 gr
- cold water 700 ml
- put flour and butter in the bowl. with a paddle attachhment , mix at low speed untill will blended.
- Dissolve the salt in the cold water.
- Add the salted water to the flour and mix it at low speed untill a sof dough forms. Do not overmix
- Removing the dough from the mixer and let rest in the refrigator 20 minutes.
- Cream the last quantities of butter and flour at low speed in the mixer untill the mixture is about the same consistency as the dough, neiyher too hard not too soft.
- Roll the butter into the dough. give the dough 4 four-folds or 5 three-folds.

when other friend's shown technique how to cook egg whit sous vide, a group with failed product replay to make their produck again. when we are done, egg dishes with slow cooking technique.
my lecture tell to my friend's for eating and taste how taste of food, what cooking advantages with slow cooking about taste? the taste is softly and product have a good looking.
Poach egg
- if use sous vide machine, time for cooked in 45 minutes in tempereture 145 F after that egg boiled for removing membrane
. Boil Egg
- Soft boil egg : Using sous vide machine to cook in 45 minutes in temperature 145 F
- Medium boil egg : Using sous vide machine to cook in 45 minutes in temperature150F
- Hard boil egg : Using sous vide machine to cook in 45 minutes in temperature 160 F
