hello guys.......!
so material of practical to day is cntinental breakfast
okay yesterday on friday our lecture tell us for coming to at 06.01 pm. so to day me and my classmate who living near from the campus must coming at 06.01 pm. after i'm arrived in campus i go to kitchen for joint with my other friend's and waiting for the other friend's who lived far from campus.
07.01 pm our supervisor give instruction for make a oneline and check our grooming before we join in the kitchen.
and to day our material of practical to day is breakfast and yesterday then Sir Faisal tell us for reading about breakfast. so material practical of breakfast has we are learn has 4 kind : continental, english, american or full breakfast, and indonesian join in pastry and give us instruction for doing and devide group into 5 for continental and 5 for english. and my group got a part for making a apple and pineapple juice.
okay the first step for making a juice is cut a fruit and put the cut fruit on the juicer and hold in a container. after that mix a apple and pineapple juice and give a simple syrup to taste. and my group finish for juice.
Ingredients and procedure
1. pineapple juice
- pineapple, chopped 3 pcs
- roasted cumin optional
- sugar 100 gr
- water 200 ml
- peel - chop the pineapple
- take a chop pineapple and put on juicer
- add roasted cumin in pinepple juice
2. apple juice
- apple 18 pcs
- cinnamon powder as needed
- sugar as needed
- chop the apple
- take a chop apple and put on juicer
- mixing apple juice and pineapple juice, and put in chiller and make simple syrup
- finish add a simple syrup to taste
and the other friend's who work on their part are working soft roll and hard roll, muffin and english muffin.
after we break time for prayer our supervisor tell us for geenral cleaning before we go back.
