Hello guys how are you to day

Now i want to expalain my activity in kitchen to day
to day we are practical about english breakfast




So im arrived in campus at 06.00 am. Because material of practical to day is english breakfast. So our lecture tell us for coming at 06.00 am for prepare. Yesterday, we are doing continental breakfast and while we are doing continental breakfast and also prepare english breakfast for to day.When im arrived im campus i going in front off kitchen for and waiting the other friend's. 07.01 am our supervisor to day give us instruction for oneline and chek our grooming and our tools. After that we are make a oneline in main kitchen. Mainwhile, the other friends who have a prepare to day still working their product.




When sir faisal joint with us in main kitchen and then he expalain to us what should be done by deviding working group. And we are working by group and deviding work. So we are working  working on various jobs there are those who prepare Hardroll and softroll, cereal and oat, tea and coffee. 09.00am our product taken to the restaurant.


















Ingredient and procedure muffin

  • pastry flour                                     1200  g
  • sugar                                               600   g
  • baking powder                                  72   g
  • salt                                                       15  g
  • egg,beaten                                       360  g 
  • milk                                                    840  g
  • vanilla extract                                       30 g
  • maltd butter or shortening                480 g

  1. Sift together the dry ingredients.
  2. Combine all liquid ingredients, including melted fat or oil. 3. Add the liquids to the dry ingredients and mix just until all the flour is moistened. The batter will look lumpy. Do not overmix.
  3. Pan and bake immediately. The dry and liquid mixtures may be prepared in advance. Once they are combined, the batter should be baked without delay, or loss of volume may result. When portioning batter into muffin tins, be careful not to stir the mix and toughen it. Scoop the batter from the outside edge for best results.






After that we make a oneline and then sir faisal explain to us and devide a work for a group, prepare american breakfast.When time for dzhur prayer we are take a break time for pryer after that we are prepare seasoning for thursday. And then we are take a break time for ashar prayer. And after that our supervisor tell us to and devide our section for general cleaning. Before general cleaning we eating before, after magrib prayer we are go back
