Let me explain my acrivity in kitchen to day



Okay in my first paragraph i can telling my activity in kitchen when i arrived. So i'm prepare pastry cream for fill choux,and then melted the chocolate for topping the coux. After that we fill the choux with pastry cream and topping with melt chocolate.A few moments letter sir faisal joint with us and tell to us for oneline. And product for my group must rapeat to make hardroll from my group because hardroll so hard.after that all if product is ready to bring in restaurant.




















okay next the following the ingredients and procedure Choux





  • Milk   500 gr
  • butter or shortening   250 gr
  • hard flour   375gr
  • egg   625gr 
  1. combine liquid, butter, and salt in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. remove pan from heat and add the flour all at once. stir quickly
  3. return the pan to moderate heat and stir vigorously until the dough forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan
  4. transfer the dough from the bowl of a mixer. if you wish to mix by hand, leave it in the sauce pan
  5. with the peddle  attachment, mix a low speed until the dough has cooled slightly. it should be about 140 F (60 C) still very warm, but not to hot to touch.
  6. at the medium speed, beet in the eggs a little at a time add the no more than one-fourth the eggs, a little at the time. add no more then one-fourth of the eggs at once, and wait until each is completely absorbed before adding the next. when all the eggs are absorbed, the paste is ready to use.




Because  our product, dessert  is done. So me and my group breakfast prepare for make a brekfast tomorow, we devided work for prepere and i handle condiment omelette with paprika and smoke beef but the smoke beef must be thawed before use because it is still frozen from freezer.after i prepare condiment omelete me and my friend prepare yellow butter cake.

After we make it. Time for dzhur prayer is coming so we break for a moment for just for prayer. After that we continue our job's. A few moment's letter supervisor instruct to us for oneline nd devidw our section for general cleaning. And my section in pastry. Because my group doing their croissant so me and komang waiting my friend's just for a moment.after they finished their finished their product i continiu my work
