In the morning at 06.50 pm. I'm arrived in campus and go straight to in front of kitchen for prepare my tools and uniform. after that supervisor to day instruct to us for make oneline. and the they attendance to us and check our grooming and tools before we joint in main kitchen. in main kitchen we oneline again.
when we are oneline again in main kitchen supervisor tell us how far was our preparation yesterday and after that they are let us for continue our preparation be cause my group done for make num chakkha cha so to day we just platting our menu. after our food seen delicius and beautiful it's time for take a picture. after that we just help the other grop for complete their product.

- rice flour 75 gr
- tapioka flour 50 gr
- water 125 ml
- coconut milk 125 ml
- brown sugar 100 gr
- food coloring as needed
- salt a pinch
- coconut greated as needed
after all of product is done we were asked to enter in kitchen office for explaint about our dish in front off sir Faisal. and then we take a break for luch and dzuhur prayer. after we back from prayer we doing general cleaning. after we finished we just a break and waiting the instruction for oneline before back. a few moment later we oneline and the leader of class to day lead us for prayer before we are back
