To day my practical to day is roetation menu 2.4 in japanes dish. To day my group got appatizet menu. That is Ingen no goma ae.to day we just prepare for 2.4 So i going to kitchen at 06.48 pm. After that supervisor to day tell us for oneline infront off kitchen after that they are chek our grooming and tools for practice. After that they attenden to our class. And than we join in main kitchen and oneline again in there.

And after that our supervisor explain to us what must we doing to day. Aftet our supervisor let the leader of class for lead prayer after that supervisor let us for doin our work. And to my group doing ingen no goma ae. First i going to chiller for take off the strep beans and scaling for input the ingredient. After that I cut the beans 3 cm. After that the beans put in chiller
Following Ingredient and procedure to make igen no goma ae
- String bean, cut 3 cm 650 gr
- Sesame seed, roasted. 250 gr
- Shoyu 50 ml
- Sugar 40 gr
- Salt ass needed
Procedure
- Boil water with salt and blanch string beans
- Blend sesame seed until smooth and than mix with shoyu and sugar
- Mix well string beans and sesame liquid


after that we take a rest for a moment for dzhur prayer. after we are finished we take a rest for eating. and then we doing general cleaning. after that we waiting for other friend's finished theyr product, they are make croissant and danish for breakfast tomorrow. aftre we are done our lecture let us make neline in front off kitchen and let us to go home.
