hay guys how are you to day.... I hope you still fine everytime...

and this moment i would like to explain to all of my readers my activity in kitchen. so to day is wednesday. is the third day to activity in this week. and my activity starting at 06.30 pm, I go to the campus and right away joint with my classmate in front off kitchen for prepare my tool's and unifrom. after that the senior on duty to be supervisor tell us for oneline.

After we are make a good onelne they are attend our member of class main while check our groming and tool's after that we make oneline again in main kitchen. and to day our supervisor instruct to us one by one for take ingredient and explained about it. after all of member finished t explained. the supervisor let us for doing and prepare as usually we divide a task so there are some work beef rice bowl and there prepare num chak khacha
and following the process making beef rice bowl 





After the food is ready and then, platting time and take picture time for blogg..



so to day my group got menu dessert for prepare because yesterday we are make main course.so we divide there doing and there prepare. to day i'm prepere num chak khacha or in indonesian dish called kue lapis, methode of cooking is steamed.and the  first we take ingredients, and to day num chak khacha must finish for cooking and tomorrow we just platting. and this moment i want to share the ingredient and procedure of Num chak khacha :







BEEF RICE BOWL



  • 400 gr Beef short ribs
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp japanase sake
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1/2 pcs onion,sliced
  • 500 ml chicken stock
  • 1/2 pcs brocolli or cauliflower
  • 2 pcs sweet carrot

Procedure:
  1. To slice beef thinly,place fresh beef in the tenderloin in the freezer for 20 minutes ,or use half-thawed beef. Slice along the grain into 1/16 inch (2mm) thick pieces.
  2.  Cut and prep veggies
  3. Combine light soy sauce ,japanese sake ,oyster sauce ,miso,sugar,and black pepper in small bowl.Mix well and set aside
  4.  Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat untill warm. Add onion. Cook and stir untill soft ,about 2 minutes.
  5.  Add chicken stock and the  mixed sauce.Cook until bringing in to a boil.
  6.  Spread beef slices in the skillet. Cook untill bringing to a gentle simmer and immendiately turn low heat.
  7.  Simmer uncorved untill beef turns tender and the sauce thickers,for 40-50 minutes.
  8. While simmering the beef,bring a pot of water to a boil. Add brocoli and carrots.Cook untill just soft. Drain and set aside
  9.  Add rice to serving bowl.Top with broccoli and carrots on the one side,and the beef on the other side. Drizzle with the beef sauce. Serve warm










. after we finished our our product and our prepare we doing general cleaning before we go back to home
