Hay guys to is my second day to practice in kitchen. to day on April, 9 2019 at 06.30 pm. I'm goin to kitchen for practice. after I arrived in kitchen going to main kitchen after that our supervisor give instruction to us for make oneline in front of kitchen for check our tools and grooming. after that we make oneline in main kitchen
in main kitchen our supervisor tell us for make oneline. after that they are attendance our class. after that they let leader of class to lead a prayer before we practice. after that they are let us to practice and make our product wich was prepare yasteday.so i goin to walk in chiller to take off bean. and input product.
after that i get bean after that the bean cut 3 cm and then the bean blanch after that put in plate take a picture for blog. and finally Ingen no goma Ae ready to serve
Ingredients :
- 1.300 gr String bean, cut 3 cm
- 300 gr Sesame seed, roasted
- 50 ml Shoyu
- 40 gr Sugar
- As needed Salt
Procedure :
1. Boil water with salt and blanch string beans
2. Blend sesame seed until smooth and than mix with shoyu and sugar
3. Mix well string beans and sesame liquid

after appetizer menu is done, and than my group prepare for tomorrow, we prepare beef rice bowl. first beef take off from chiller after that the beef thawing,and for the vegetables we us cauliflower, carrot, and onion. and then beef tenderloin beef cuts like cubes and then marinate with garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. beef tenderloin marinate about 1 day
And following ingredients and procedure to make beef rice bowl

after all of preparation is done we take a break for prayer and lunch. and then we doing general cleaning. after that we just wait for supervisor to give instruction for oneline.
a few moments later we were asked for oneline by lecture . after that lecture let to leader of class to day for lead us to prayer. and then we go back to our home.
